Who we are

Kelsey Jones, LMFT (She/They)

Kelsey is a non-denominational therapist with a background in trauma, identity, and relationship work. She supports individuals and couples navigating life transitions, religious deconstruction, queer identity, and the lasting effects of trauma — drawing from her own understanding of what it means to move through difficult chapters and come out different on the other side.

A big part of Kelsey's work is helping clients understand the why behind their behaviors and patterns. That understanding tends to be where shame starts to loosen its grip — and where real change becomes possible. She follows her clients' lead while also being willing to be direct when the moment calls for it.

Her approach is inclusive and grounded in the belief that healing looks different for everyone. She works with clients ages 13 and up using a range of evidence-informed modalities, including IFS, Brainspotting, Gottman Level 1, CBT, Mindfulness, and Social Constructionism.

Elizabeth Bradshaw, ACMHC (She/Her)

Elizabeth earned her bachelor's degree from Southern Utah University in 2020 and completed her master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University in 2025. With years of experience in residential settings and working with youth facing mental health challenges, Elizabeth is dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and are seeking healing. She works with clients ages 13 and up, as well as couples. Her passion for counseling stems from a genuine desire to help others rediscover hope and pursue brighter futures.

As a counselor, her goal is to empower clients, help them reach their full potential, and provide a safe, compassionate environment for personal growth. Elizabeth also offers mental health services in Spanish. Outside of her professional life, she is a devoted dance mom to five girls and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
