Therapy that takes you seriously

Whether you're carrying old trauma, navigating a relationship, or in the middle of a life that no longer fits — this is a place to figure out what's actually going on and start doing something about it.

What we work on

These are some of the areas we specialize in. If you don't see your exact situation listed, reach out — the overlap between what you're experiencing and what we do is usually bigger than a list can capture.

Trauma therapy

Trauma doesn't just live in memories — it lives in the body, in patterns, in the ways you react before you've had time to think. At Holistic Pathways, we use Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to work at the level where trauma actually takes hold.

Brainspotting uses specific eye positions to access and process what's stored below conscious awareness. IFS helps you build a relationship with the parts of yourself that developed to survive painful experiences — rather than fighting them. Together, they create conditions for real change, not just coping.

Couples Counseling

Seeking support as a couple isn't a sign something is broken — it's often the most honest move a relationship can make. We work with couples using the Gottman Method, which draws from decades of research on what actually makes relationships work, alongside broader couples therapy approaches that make space for both people to slow down and be heard.

Whether you're navigating a specific rupture or a slow drift, the goal is to understand what's happening between you — and build something more intentional going forward.

Life Transitions Therapy

Change — even the kind you chose — can knock something loose. Career shifts, relationship endings, becoming a parent, moving, questioning your faith, coming out: these aren't just logistical adjustments. They surface real questions about who you are and what you want.

This practice has specific experience with religious deconstruction and queer identity — experiences that involve grief, identity, and community loss that often go unnamed. Both are taken seriously here, without an agenda about where you should land.

Not sure where to start? That's okay.

A free 15-minute consultation is a low-stakes way to ask questions, get a sense of fit, and decide whether this feels right. No commitment required.
